Slab Leaks, Slab Leaks, Slab Leaks!

Sometimes the location of a plumbing leak is obvious, but sometimes not.  We specialize is finding the leaks that are not so obvious. 

If it's not obvious, how do you know you have a leak?

• If your water bills are suddenly high without cause
• Wet spots or pooling water have made themselves known
• The sound of water running can be heard, but not seen
• Your water meter shows a flow rate when no water should be running

 If you have any of these issues, we can help.  Our leak detection services use advanced leak detection equipment and methods to find your leak wherever it may be hiding.   Our inspectors are certified and trained by Leaktronics to insure the highest level of leak detection training.   We always start by testing to ensure that a leak is truely present.  Once a leak is verified, we will isolate the area as best as possible and then zero in on it's precise location.

Our services are non-destructive.  Accurate leak detections can greatly reduce the destruction of cosmetic surfaces that may be needed to access and repair a hidden leak.  There may be times where it would be benificial  for us to cut into a wall or dig a hole in the yard.  With the homeowners permission, we can do these things, but only when it is specifically desired.   

 We do not make repairs. As inspector's, we find leaks.  Plumbers repair leaks.  However, we will provide a written report with photos to ensure you and your plumber have detailed and accurate information about your leak location. Slab leaks are not uncommon here it North Texas.  Accurately locating these leaks requires specialized equipment and training.  This is the service we provide.
